Natural Anti-biotic

Make your very own natural anti-biotic to boost your immune system and help your body to ward off colds and flu.

1 garlic clove crushed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Raw Fynbos Honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass container and mix thoroughly.
Store in a glass container. 

How to use:
Take 1 teaspoon twice per day (morning and evening).
Store in the refrigerator.
